ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, you’ll be emailed the tracking information. You have the flexibility to select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process on the Order Information page.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, with a processing time of 1 to 2 business days from ordering to shipping. Weekends are non-operational, potentially causing a slight delay. In cases of high demand, processing time may extend beyond 3 working days. Inaccurate or incomplete payment details may result in order processing delays.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Packages shipped from our US warehouse at 366 Farm to Market Rd 1488, Conroe, Texas, United States, are dispatched through USPS.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Total delivery time is divided into processing time (1-2 business days) and shipping time (7-12 business days). The order cutoff time is 11.00 PM.

 

SHIPPING FEE

For Continental US: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for all items. For the Rest of the World, Standard Shipping is $7.99 for all items.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location:

United States: 7-12 working days
Canada, Europe: 10-25 working days
Australia, New Zealand: 12-25 working days
Rest of World: 15-35 working days

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

An email with your package’s tracking information will be sent once your order ships. If tracking info isn’t received within 5 days, please contact us. Some carriers may take 2-5 business days to update the tracking system.

Ensure accurate delivery information. Incorrect details may require contacting you for updates, causing order delays.

 

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Address changes are allowed within 24 hours. Email us at pearlteestore@gmail.com for assistance.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Buyers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Failure to deliver due to address issues may result in no refund. Refunds are not possible if:

The package failed delivery after several attempts.
You refuse the package.
Delivery failure due to the provided shipping address.
Tracking shows “delivered” but package not received.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included. Pearltee Store is not responsible for taxes. Buyers are liable for these charges. Orders are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Check with your country’s customs office for additional costs.
